Warranty

With proper care and cleaning, you can continue to enjoy our furniture long after the warranty expires.

E9’s furniture residential warranty is a limited warranty which is valid from the date of purchase to the original purchaser with proof of purchase (original itemized sales receipt with date of purchase). This limited warranty covers RESIDENTIAL FURNITURE FOR NORMAL RESIDENTIAL USE and is warranted against structural defects in material and workmanship for (5) FIVE-YEARS. The decision to repair, replace, return or credit will be at the discretion of American Home & Patio / E9™. If the replacement claim is approved, the Warranty period remains unchanged starting from the original date of purchase. Warranty service of any kind does not extend the warranty period.

Warranty Limitations :

The warranty only applies under conditions of normal use. It does not apply to defects that result from abusive use, accidents and negligence.
The warranty does not cover minor variations in color, texture or finishes and surface imperfections that result from the finishing process. Marking or scratching of the powder coat finish is excluded from the warranty.
Fading and/or discoloration on wicker weave and/or aluminum frame finish resulting from extreme exposure to the elements, chemical spills, fluids, stains, oil, water damage or any other causes are not covered. Unraveling of wicker weave due to normal wear and tear is not covered.

Our teakwood warranty does not cover normal shrinkage, swelling, natural weathering of wood finishes, or hairline cracks.
Outdoor Cushion / Fabric – our outdoor cushion warranty covers against manufacturing defects in stitching for 1 year from the date of purchase. Fabric is warranted only to the extent of the warranty provided by Sunbrella®Fabrics. Customer’s Own Material (C.O.M.) fabrics are not covered under this warranty.
Mildew will grow on dirt, dust, pollen, and other organic matters on fabric covers; this is not covered by warranty. Softening of cushions or foams is part of normal wear and tear process and is not considered as defective.

The warranty does not cover products that are sold in “as is” condition or clearance merchandise. Clearance merchandise includes “as is”, showroom samples, discontinued items, goods with irregularity in wood and fabric or other material of this merchandise. All sales of this clearance merchandise are final with respect to any and all such faults.

Any claim against this warranty must initially be presented to the American Home & Patio / E9™ authorized dealer from whom the furniture was purchased.

LIMITATION OF DAMAGES: THE WARRANTIES SET FORTH HEREIN ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHERS, ORAL, WRITTEN, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN NO EVENT WILL AMERICAN HOME AND PATIO BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THIS PRODUCT.
