Claims
All items are thoroughly inspected before leaving our warehouse. We take great care to insure that your order is carefully packaged so that it arrives damage-free. If, unfortunately, damage does occur, please make certain to note any damage on the freight bill PRIOR to signing and before the driver departs – examine your shipment prior to signing. Contact the freight carrier immediately and save all damaged merchandise, including all carton and packing materials, for later inspection. All visual damage must be reported to E9™ within 24 hours. Any visual damage claims submitted after 24 hours of receipt will not be accepted.
It is the customer’s responsibility to check for damage before signing for delivery. If damage is not noted at time of delivery on the waybill, and packaging materials and damaged freight are not available for the transport carrier’s inspection, E9™ may not be able to help determine liability and process any claim.
